Do I get a copy of the Study Guide for the National Counselor Examination?
No. The entire, new 4th Edition of the Study Guide is part of the on-line workshop so you do not get a hard copy. You can print anything of the workshop you like and are encouraged to do so especially of the complex material, charts, and graphs for off-line study.

Do I get audio tapes or other materials sent to me?
The on-line workshop is all inclusive. You do not need any other materials to have a successful review and learning experience. There are 14 short audio clips, as part of the on-line workshop, which you can listen to, or you can read the transcript of each audio clip.

Can I buy a copy of the Study Guide for the National Counselor Examination?

How is the on-line workshop different than the one done 'live?'
The 'live' workshop is one-day long and Dr. Helwig only reviews four of the eight content areas thoroughly during the day. The on-line workshop provides comments, examples, explanations, and suggestions for all eight content areas.

What happens when my 30 days are over?
Access to the on-line workshop ends. You can choose to re-enroll for an additional 30 days of time for $75.

What if I don't want to use a credit card on-line to sign up?
You can contact Dr. Helwig directly and give credit card information over the telephone. Or, you can send a check. For the telephone number or address, go to: www.counselor-exam-prep.com  You can expect a few days delay for access to begin if you do not use your credit card online.

What happens after I give my information on-line?
You will be sent a password back to the e-mail address you provided. From then on, you will use your e-mail address and password to have direct access to the workshop. Each time you log on, you will see a reminder of the number of days you have left in the workshop.

What happens when my e-mail address changes during the time I have access to the workshop?
Simply send a message to the technical advisors for this on-line workshop. You can find their address in the next item.
